Call
£40 per hour
1-1 call via phone or zoom
Do you need some evidence based information? Perhaps someone impartial and experienced to talk through your thoughts and options? Maybe you just need to talk...
Pregnancy, birth and the maternity system can feel very overwhelming.

You might want to talk about -
Creating a birth plan
Discussing your options after being labeled as "high risk"
A debrief following birth - maybe for someone to just listen
To talk about how you feel following an appointment
Creating a postnatal plan for support for yourself and your baby (and family)

Whatever you wish to discuss, it will be done so confidentially.
Before our session, it's helpful to have a rough idea of what you'd like to discuss, so I can prepare in advance. After our call you will be sent any relevant articles, research and resources that may be applicable.
